Marc Jacobs is an American fashion brand that was founded in 1984 by designer Marc Jacobs. The company is known for its unique and luxury designs with clothing and accessories as well as fragrances. Marc Jacobs’s headquarters are in New York City, but they operate in stores all over the globe and maintain a large role in physical and online markets. Marc Jacobs graduated from the Parsons School of Design in 1984. During his time at Parsons, he ended up selling his first-ever line of hand-knit sweaters, and shortly after his graduation from Parsons, he officially founded the now world-renowned luxury brand known as Marc Jacobs.
